What made you decide to start this company?

What’s your biggest hope/aspiration for this company?

To become a market leader in assessment, and to develop machine learning tools to maximise people’s potential in healthcare, education, and beyond.

What is the best thing about working at risr/?

Working with people I respect, and the freedom to be yourself. To be treated as a human being and not just a cog in a machine. I very proud of risr/ and what we have managed to achieve as a team so far.

Describe a typical day at work?

Sitting at my desk coding, or recently implementing ISO 27001. Meeting with colleagues to discuss strategy, or meeting with customers to discuss requirements. Attending conferences and trying to work out how assessment is going to change in the future.
