What made you decide to work for this risr/?

I spent my early career within heavily bureaucratic engineering companies.  While the technologies I worked on were exciting and innovative, the way in which we worked always felt onerous, hierarchical and frustrating.  The opportunity to create an organisation and culture with real trust, transparency and self management was too exciting and unique to pass up.

What’s your biggest hope/aspiration for this company?

That we continue to be driven by truly purposeful goals and a genuine desire to help improve people’s lives.  For our Risr team as well as our customers.

What is the best thing about working at risr/?

I am never bored.  We are constantly challenged, be it by new technology, new features, new operational ideas.  There is always so much enthusiasm to evolve and improve our products and how we work.

Describe a typical day at work?

This doesn’t exist, every day is different, which sounds like a cliche but it really is true
